Excellent interface usability is essential for online taxi applications to provide high-quality service. This study e valuated the Didi Chuxing application's interface design usability, which is a Chinese online taxi reservation platf orm, to develop improvement strategies. This study asse ssed the usability of the Didi Chushing application using user testing and heuristic evaluation techniques. The Didi Chuxing application maintained strong interface usability, however, there are still certain drawbacks. Specifically, t he information conveyed by icons and text is inaccurate, there are too many functional options, and the placement of marketing pop-up windows is unreasonable. In additio n, the location information is unclear and there is a lack of user-required information. Based on the results, this st udy puts forward the following improvement strategies. First, the interface's information accuracy has to be impr oved. Second, the consistency of the operating process m ust be maintained. Third, providing clear hints at crucial operation steps help improve user experience. Fourth, the amount of function options has to be reasonable. Finally, the positioning of the pop-up window needs to be enhanc ed. This study is expected to offer guidance for improvin g the interface usability of Didi Chuxing application.

좋은 인터페이스 사용성은 택시 애플리케이션이 양질의 서비스 제공의 기반이다. 본 연구는 중국 택시 플랫폼 디디추 싱 애플리케이션 인터페이스 사용성을 분석하여 인터페이스 사용성을 더욱 향상시킬 수 있는 전략을 도출하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 사용자 테스트 및 휴리스틱 평가기법에 따른 사용 성 평가 방법을 사용하여 디디추싱 애플리케이션의 사용성을 평가하였다. 연구 결과 디디추싱 애플리케이션의 인터페이스 는 양호한 인터페이스 사용성을 유지하고 있지만, 여전히 아 이콘과 텍스트로 전달되는 정보가 정확하지 않고, 기능 옵션 의 수가 너무 많으며, 마케팅 팝업 창의 배치가 불합리하고, 위치정보가 명확하지 않으며, 사용자 중심의 정보가 부족하 다는 등의 문제가 여전히 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 는 다음과 같은 개선 전략을 제안한다. 인터페이스의 정보 정확성을 높이고, 조작 프로세스의 일관성을 유지하며, 주요 조 작 단계에서 명확한 힌트를 제공하고, 기능 옵션 수를 합리적으로 설정하며, 팝업 창 위치의 개선이 필요하다. 본 연구는 디디추싱 애플리케이션의 인터페이스 사용성 개선에 방향성을 제시할 것으로 기대한다.
