Recently, virtual influencers have changed significantly in the business environment, but research on virtual influencers is lacking. Therefore, this study analyzed the factors of SNS users on the imitation and subscription intention of virtual influencers. To this end, an online survey was conducted and a total of 314 respondents were analyzed. The characteristics of virtual influencers (personality, sincerity, associate interaction, control) are made of independent variables, and the parameter attachment, preference, imitation desire, and subscription intention are used as a dependent variable. It was built. The analysis showed that the personality and authenticity directly influenced the imitation and subscription intentions, and the attachment and pref-erence were indicated that the relationship between authenticity and subscription intentions. These results provide an important implications for the way the virtual influencer exerts social influence and the complexity of human-technical interaction.

최근 가상 인플루언서가 등장하면서 비즈니스 환경에 큰 변화를 가져오고 있지만, 가상 인플루 언서에 대한 연구는 부족한 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구는 SNS 이용자들을 대상으로 가상 인플루언서 의 모방의도와 구독의도에 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 총 314명의 응답자를 분석 대상으로 삼았다. 가상 인플루언서의 특성(의인화, 진정성, 준사회적 상호작용, 통제성)을 독립 변수로 삼고, 매개 변수 애착, 선호도, 모방의도, 구독의도 등을 종속 변수로 삼아 SPSS 24.0 프로그램을 사용하여 모델을 구축하였다. 분석 결과, 의인화와 진정성이 모방의도와 구독의도에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 애착과 선호도가 진정성과 구독의도 간의 관계를 매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 가상 인플루언서가 사회적 영향력을 행사하는 방식과 인간-기 술 상호작용의 복잡성을 이해하는 데 중요한 시사점을 제공한다.
