The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of pytoncide-rich indoor on blood lipids substances, brain wave and antioxidant capacity for middle-aged woman for 24 middle-aged women were analyzed through repeated measurement verification with phytoncide volatilization group(PVG) and phytoncide non volatilization group(PNVG). As a result, first, it was having significant effects on lactic concentration due to application of pytoncide-rich indoor. Second, it was having significant effects on triglyceride concentration due to application of pytoncide-rich indoor. Third, it was having significant effects on stress concentration due to application of pytoncide-rich indoor. Forth, it was having significant effects on brain wave concentration due to application of pytoncide-rich indoor. Fifth, it was having some significant effects on antioxidant capacity concentration due to application of pytoncide-rich indoor. Thus, the treatment of pytoncide-rich indoor in the training for middle-aged woman shows some positive effects.

본 연구는 산림환경과 유사한 실내 피톤치트 휘산에 따른 중년 여성들의 혈중지질, 뇌파 및 항산화 지수에 미치는
효과를 알아보기 위한 목적이 있으며, 연구대상은 중년 여성 24명으로 피톤치드 휘산 그룹(PVG), 피톤치드 비 휘산 그룹
(PNVG)으로 반복측정 검증을 통해서 분석하였다. 그 결과를 보면 첫째, 실내 피톤치드 휘산에 따른 혈중 젖산 농도에는
서 일부 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 둘째, 실내 피톤치드 휘산에 따른 혈중 중성지방 농도에서 일부 유의한 영향을
미치고 있었다. 셋째, 실내 피톤치드 휘산에 따른 스트레스 지수에서 일부 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 넷째, 실내 피톤치
드 휘산에 따른 뇌파 지수에서 일부 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 다섯째, 실내 피톤치드 휘산에 따른 항산화 지수에서
유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 따라서 산림환경과 유사한 실내 피톤치드 휘산이 중년 여성들의 신체의 변화에 일부 긍정적
인 영향을 나타낸다.
