The present study aimed to explore the effects of leisure experience by tandem paragliding participants upon their satisfaction and post-participation behaviors divided by attributes of satisfaction. Among those who took part in the test two-seater paragliding at the training sites in Chungcheong, Gyeongnam and chonnam provinces during the weekends from May. 2022 to Oct. 2022, 335 were selected as the subjects for this study by means of convenience sampling. From the study, it was concluded as follows: First, the leisure experience of paragliding participants turned out to have direct positive (+) impact upon their satisfaction. Second, it was found that the leisure experience of paragliding participants had direct positive (+) impact upon their post-participation behaviors. Third, the study found that the satisfaction of paragliding participants had direct positive (+) impact upon their post-participation behaviors. The conclusion suggested that paragliding instructors should seek to operate the experience program that could bring satisfaction to participants, remove any elements that might cause danger to safety, and improve facilities and surrounding conditions with a view to encourage continuing and expanding participation in paragliding practices. Such measures will ensure diversification of tourism goods of local communities and activation of local economy as well as will lay foundation for sustaining progress of aeronautic leisure sports industry.

본 연구에서는 패러글라이딩 참가자의 체험속성이 체험만족 및 참여 후 행동에 미치는 영향 관계를 알아보기 위하 여 2022년 5월~2022년 10월 주말을 이용하여 충북, 경남, 전남 지역 활공장을 중심으로 패러글라이딩 2인승 체험비행 참가자를 편의추출하여 335명의 자료를 구조방정식모형 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 패러글라이딩 참가자의 체험속성은 체험만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 패러글라이딩 참가 자의 체험속성은 참여 후 행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 패러글라이딩 참가자의 체험만족은 참여 후 행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결론을 종합해보면, 패러글라이딩 2인승체험비행을 하기위해 많은 관광객들이 붐비고 있는 실정에서 패러글라이 딩 지도자들은 참가자가 만족할 수 있는 체험프로그램 서비스를 운영해야 할 것이며, 각종 안전위험요소를 제거하고 시설 및 환경여건을 개선함으로써 패러글라이딩 참여확대와 지속참여를 유도해야 할 것이다.
