The purpose of this study was to examine how an organization's technology commercialization ability affects management performance through entrepreneurship, the core management resource of a company. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that product development capability, a sub-variable of technology commercialization capability, had a positive effect on non-financial performance, and network capability had a positive effect on both financial performance and non-financial performance. It was confirmed that the technology commercialization capability had a positive effect on entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship was found to partially affect management performance. In addition, it was investicated that entrepreneurship had a positive mediating effect in the relationship between technology commercialization capability and management performance. Through the results of this study, it will be possible to identify various influencing factors on management performance and provide implications for the creation and continuous growth of successful technology start-ups.

본 연구는 기술창업기업의 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 실증적으로 분석하고자 하는 것이다. 기업의 핵심 경영자원인 기업가정신을 매개로 조직의 기술사업화 능력이 경영성과에 어 떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구결과 기술사업화역량의 하위변수인 제품개발역 량은 비재무적성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 네트워크역량은 재무적성과와 비재무적성과 둘 다에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 기술사업화역량은 기업가정신에 대부분 긍정 적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 기업가정신은 경영성과에 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것 으로 확인되었다. 또한, 기술사업화역량과 경영성과간의 관계에서 기업가정신은 긍정적인 매개 효과를 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구 결과를 통하여 경영성과에 미치는 다양한 영향요인 을 확인하고 성공적인 기술창업 기업의 창출과 지속적인 성장에 관한 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.
