In this research, the survey method was presented to quantitatively evaluate the damage and status information according to the different types of erosion control facilities. An integrated decision support model was developed for decision-makers to judge the risk of erosion control facilities based on the surveyed information. Although the decision support system should satisfy the three elements of the management model; knowledge, information, and user interface, the developed system in this research lacks the user interface component, which is instead substituted by linking with the landslide information system that is currently used by the Korea Forest Service, a government agency in Korea. Thus decision-makers could perform sufficient management tasks using the developed system in this research even if they lack expertise in erosion control facilities. Therefore, the newly developed integrated decision support system will improve efficiency in the systematic safety management for the maintenance of erosion control facilities.

본 연구는 사방시설의 유지관리를 위한 의사결정 모델 개발을 위하여 시설물별 결함 항목을 분 석하여 사방시설 유지관리 통합 의사결정 지원모델을 개발하였다. 의사결정지원시스템은 관리모델, 지식정보, 유저인터페이스의 세 가지 요소를 충족해야 하는 점에서 본 연구에서 개발된 시스템은 사용자 인터페이스 부분이 부족하지만, 이는 현재 우리나라에서 사용되는 산사태정보시스템에 탑재 하여 보완할 수 있다고 판단되며 사방댐 유지관리에 대한 방법과 프로세스를 포함하고 있으므로 시 스템으로써의 핵심 역할은 충분할 것으로 판단된다. 개발된 사방시설 유지관리 의사결정지원시스템 의 사용자는 업무를 수행하고 의사결정을 수행하는 관리자를 대상으로 하므로 전문지식이 부족하여 도 충분히 의사결정을 수행할 수 있다. 이러한 점에서 사방시설의 유지관리에 대한 효율적이고 시스템적인 안전관리가 이루어질 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
