The background and concept of the emergence of European resource efficiency policies developed as part of the circular economy were reviewed, and cases of enactment and implementation of laws in France, a country leading the policy, were introduced. It suggested the implementation plan of companies in the aspect of eco-design, which is being emphasized according to the need for global resource management. It suggested the connection between regulations and standards so that it can be easily understood by explaining the related standardization trends. In addition, it proposed measures and tasks to establish a circular economy system for Korea electronics industry.

순환경제의 일환으로 전개되는 유럽 자원효율성 정책의 출현배경과 개념을 살펴보고, 정책 을 선도적으로 이끌어 나아가는 국가인 프랑스의 법률제정 및 이행사례를 소개하였다. 전 지구 적 자원관리 필요성에 따라 강조되고 있는 에코디자인 측면에서의 기업의 이행방안을 제시하 고 관련된 표준화 동향을 설명함으로써 규제와 표준의 연계성을 쉽게 이해할 수 있도록 제시하 였다. 우리나라 전자산업의 순환경제 체제 구축을 위한 방안과 과제를 제안하였다.
