무용수의 부정적 정서에 따른 셀프리더십의 현상학적 연구

A Phenomenological Study of Self-Leadership to the Negative Emotions of Dance Major

In order to analyze the negative emotions perceived by dance majors and self-leadership, a total of 90 ballet majors were selected as nomadic sampling and open-ended questions were conducted, and a total of 74 copies were used as actual analysis data, excluding 16 copies with errors in response. The conclusion is as follows. First, the negative emotions experienced by dance majors were classified into practice, performance, and daily life, and as a result of inductive categorization, they were classified into two categories: internal and external factors. Internal factors were classified as sub-factors of psychology and physicality, and external factors were classified as environmental, technical, and social factors. Second, the cause of negative emotions during practice of dance majors was most frequently mentioned, followed by interpersonal relationships, inefficient practice processes, physical dissatisfaction, injury, and decreased physical strength. Third, unexpected mistakes were most frequently mentioned as the cause of negative emotions during the performance situation, followed by theater environment, injury, physical loss, and stage props. In addition, in the case of vocational dancers, physiological phenomena were found to be the biggest cause. Fourth, interpersonal relationships were the most common cause of negative emotions in daily life. In the case of art middle and high school students, problems with their parents were found to be the cause of the most negative emotions, which interferes with practice. In addition, middle and high school art students were found to be caused by diet and academic stress. For vocational dancers and college students, traffic jams and anxiety about an uncertain future were found to be the main reasons for negative emotions. Fifth, it was found that self-leadership to resolve dancers' negative emotions uses a cognitive strategy method of self-leadership that rewards and motivates themselves in ways such as eating food, listening to music, and video

무용수가 지각하는 부정적 정서와 이에 대한 셀프리더십을 분석하기 위하여 발레 전공자총90명을유목적표집으로선정하여개방형질문을실시하였으며응답에오류 가있는16부를제외한총74부를실제분석자료로사용하였다. 결론은다음과같다. 첫째, 무용전공자가경험하는부정적정서를연습, 공연, 일상으로분류하고귀납 적으로범주화한결과내적요인, 외적요인의두가지범주로대분류되었다. 내적 요인은심리적, 신체적의하위요인으로중분류, 외적요인은환경적, 기술적, 사회적 요인으로 분류되었다. 둘째, 무용전공자의연습시나타나는부정적정서의원인으로는동작수행이가장 많이언급되었으며다음으로대인관계, 비효율적인연습과정, 신체불만, 부상, 체력저 하 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 공연상황시나타나는부정적정서의원인으로는예상치못한실수가가장 많이 언급되었으며, 다음으로 극장환경, 부상, 체력저하, 무대소품 순으로 나타났다. 직업무용수의 경우 생리적 현상이 가장 큰 원인으로 밝혀졌다. 넷째, 일상생활중나타나는부정적정서의원인으로는대인관계가가장많이나타 났다. 예술중․고등학교학생의경우부모님과의문제가가장큰부정적정서의원인 으로 밝혀졌으며 이것이 연습에도 지장을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 예술중․고등 학교 학생에게는 다이어트, 학업 스트레스가, 직업무용수와 대학생에게는 교통체증, 불확실한 미래에 대한 불안감이 부정적 정서의 주요 원인인 것으로 밝혀졌다. 다섯째, 무용수의부정적정서를해소하기 위한셀프리더십은음식섭취, 음악및 영상감상등스스로가치있는보상을주며동기를유발시키는셀프리더십의인지적 전략 방법의 형태인 것으로 밝혀졌다.
