The present essay deals with how to redesign the Church’s missional strategies in response to the outbreak of the Corona 19 Pandemic in midst of the waves of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. It analyzes two challenging questions that the Corona 19 Pandemic raises coupled with the Fourth Industrial Revolution, categorizing them into the technological question and the theological-missional question. The former question concerns how to cope with the untact and virtual reality-based worship and church gatherings. A mature and sophisticated response to the this first question is in order. The latter question centers around the question of what role the Church should perform to proclaim the kingdom of God gospel in today’s world plagued with ever-breaking diseases like the Corona 19 pandemic all over the globe. Both questions press the church to seek a more creative and effective outreach to the unreached peoples all over the world. With several previous studies in mind, the present article grapples with the second question with focus on the post-Corona era church’s missional purpose and aim. The central thesis of this essay is that the post-Corona era compels the church to take upon itself a divine responsibility of royal priesthood(1 Pet 2:7-9) for the entire species of God’s creatures(Gen 1:27-28) beyond being an agent of human salvation. Three supporting argumentations have been made. First, the outbreak of the Corona 19 Pandemic in midst of the Fourth Industrial Revolution prompts the church to renew their gospel of eternal life and resurrection against the Fourth Industrial Revolution leaders that seek to prolong the human life span by ways of two means: medical-biological efforts and search for a human-friendly planet in the universe. Secondly, the outbreak of the Corona 19 Pandemic in midst of the Fourth Industrial Revolution inspires human beings to fulfill their original and divine vocation to rule animals and look after the earth as a good habitat for the entire creatures of God. Thirdly, the post-Corona era challenges the church to be born again to be a public Church by shouldering the royal responsibility of taking care of animals and nature.
