The purpose of this study is to investigate elite sports leaders' perceptions of sports human rights. To this end, in-depth interviews were conducted with nine leaders who are currently coaching elite sports players. In order to understand the leader's perception of sports human rights, it was analyzed by dividing it into the leader's perception of sports human rights, the leader's perception of the concept of sports human rights, and the leader's perception of the necessity of sports human rights. Next, in order to understand the leader's perception of sports human rights sentiment, it was analyzed by dividing it into differences in perception of sports human rights between athletes and leaders, perception of their human rights violations, and perception of their human rights protection. Finally, in order to understand the leader's perception of sports human rights behavior, it was analyzed by dividing it into perception of his efforts to promote sports human rights and perception of changes in the sports environment to promote sports human rights. Through the results of this study, it is intended to be used in institutional and policy suggestions for establishing human rights awareness of sports leaders, and will contribute to improving the sports field in a human rights-friendly manner.

본 연구의 목적은 엘리트 스포츠지도자의 스포츠인권에 대한 인식을 조사하는데 있다. 이를 위해 현재 엘리트 스포츠선수를 지도하고 있는 지도자 9명을 대상으로 심층면담을 진행하였다. 스포츠인권 인지에 대한 지도자의 인식을 파악하기 위해 스포츠인권에 대한 지도자의 인식, 스포 츠인권 개념에 대한 지도자의 인식, 스프츠인권 필요성에 대한 지도자의 인식으로 나누어 분석하였다. 다음으로 스포츠인권 정서에 대한 지도자 의 인식을 파악하기 위해 스포츠인권에 대한 선수와 지도자의 인식 차 이, 자신의 인권침해 상황에 대한 인식, 자신의 인권보호 상황에 대한 인식으로 나누어 분석하였다. 끝으로 스포츠인권 행동에 대한 지도자의 인식을 파악하기 위해 스포츠인권 증진을 위한 자신의 노력에 대한 인 식, 스포츠인권 증진을 위한 스포츠 환경변화에 대한 인식으로 나누어 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 스포츠지도자의 인권의식 확립을 위한 제도 및 정책 제언에 활용되고자 하며, 인권친화적인 스포츠 환경을 도 모하는데 기여할 것이다.
