The sexual consciousness of graduate students from 4 seminaries located in the metropolitan area was investigated in this study. The purpose of this study is to use it as a basic data and propose educational programs when conducting sexual violence prevention education for seminary students who will become church leaders in the future, in order to prevent the problem of church sexual violence, which is currently causing social controversy. The survey was conducted based on students' sexual consciousness, and the contents were composed of the conventional notions of sexual violence and sexual harassment, sexual values, and sexual behavior decision-making A survey was conducted on 400 graduate students, and a total of 377 copies were collected. After that, the collected data were analyzed using the statistical program, SPSS 26.0 program. The average value was calculated using the 4-point Likert scale in terms of the recognition of sexual violence and harassment. On the other hand, the 5-point Likert scale was used to determine the average value in terms of gender-related attitudes. Frequency analysis and average comparison were conducted for each question in order to analyze the differences in attitudes toward each perception, gender, age, grade, theological propensity, and whether the sexual violence prevention education was completed. In order to verify this, the T-test and the variance analysis, ANOVA, were performed, and the post-test was also conducted using the Scheffe test. According to the analysis results, the level of sexual perception of seminary students was verified to show a conservative attitude that respects and exercises individual's right to sexual self-determination without accepting the conventional notions of sexual violence. Based on the awareness survey, it was suggested that when constructing a sexual violence prevention education program for graduate students, related programs should be designed to recognize the difference between traditional perception of sex and current social culture, and to foster healthy sexual values and attitudes in line with the times. In addition, it was proposed that the curriculum should not simply distinguish, decide, and carry out the dichotomous patterns of sexual behavior, but be composed of educational programs that completely satisfy one's own values and decisions and respect others' values and decisions at the same time.

본 논문은 수도권에 있는 4개 신학대학원생을 연구대상으로 하여, 그들이 가지고 있는 성의식에 대해 조사하였다. 이는 현재 사회적으로 물의를 일으키고 이슈가 되는 교회 성폭력 문제를 예방하는 차원에서 장차 교회의 지도자가 될 신학대학원생들에게 성폭력예방교육을 실시할때에 기초자료로 삼고, 프로그램을 제언하고자 함이다. 조사 하고자 하는 내용은 이들이 가지고 있는 성의식으로서 구성된 내용은 성폭력, 성희롱 통념, 성적 가치관과 성행동 의사결정이었다. 400명의 신학대학원생을 대상으로 설문조사하여 377부를 회수, 통계프로그램 spss 26.0 프로그램 으로 분석하였다. 성폭력과 성희롱에 대한 인식에서는 4점 리커트 척도 를 사용하여 평균을 살피고, 성 태도에 있어서는 5점 리커트 척도를 사용하여 평균을 알아본다. 이후 각 인식에 대한 태도 및 남녀, 연령별, 학년별, 신학적 성향별, 성폭력 예방교육 이수 여부에 따른 차이를 분석하기 위하여 각 문항별로 빈도분석과 평균비교를 하였으며, 이를 검증하기 위한 방법으로 T-test와 ANOVA(분산분석)를 실시하 였다. 이후 scheffe 검정으로 사후검정을 실시하였다. 이를 통하여 신학대학원생들의 성의식 수준은 성폭력 통념을 수용하지 않으면서도, 개인의 성적 자기결정권을 존중하고 행사하되, 성적 가치와 태도에 있어서는 전통적 인 규범을 따르는 보수적인 태도를 나타내고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 인식조사 를 바탕으로 하여, 신학대학원생을 위한 성폭력 예방교육 프로그램을 구성할 때에 성 에 대한 전통적 인식과 현재 사회문화 사이에서 발생하는 괴리에 대해 인식하고 올바 른 기독교적 가치관에 부합하면서도 시대와 어울리는 건강한 성적 가치관과 태도를 함양할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발해야 할 것임을 제언하였다. 더불어 단지 성행동에 대한 옳고 그름의 이분법적 행위양식을 판별, 결정, 수행하는 교육이 아니라, 충분히 자신의 가치관과 결정권에 부합하면서도 타인의 가치관과 결정권을 존중할 수 있는 교육 프로그램으로 구성함으로써 이들이 가져야 할 건강한 성의식을 고취시킴과 동시 에 폭력예방적 태도를 가질수 있도록 하여야 함을 제언하였다.
