Therefore, this study focuses on the workers' acculturative stress and i ts impact on work-related stress and potential workplace accidents that may cause due to that. The preliminary questionnaire survey was conducted among EPS workers to investigate their accumulative stress. 31 samples were collected, and a basic analysis was conducted. Among the 31 participants, the results show that the married group had a higher score in acculturative stress compared to the unmarried group. Further, this study indicates that migrant workers in the fisheries sector account for higher stress. This study suggested developing an investigation model to examine the migrant workers' acculturative stress level and how it can impact their workplace stress, work efficiency, and workplace accidents. Further, the finding of this preliminary examination can use to understand the migrant workers' psychological issues.
