A study of common expression gene expression in the mycelium and fruiting body of Heuktari (KMCC00463) according to Trifloxystrobin treatment

In this study, genes expressed when Trifloxystrobin was treated with 10ppm and 100ppm of Heuktari, and genes commonly expressed in Heuktari untreated were identified. Based on fold change4, compared to the untreated group, Trifloxystrobin 10ppm treated group and the gene whose expression increased or decreased through Venn Diagram were compared. As a result, 239 genes were uniquely expressed in the treatment group except for the common expression gene out of a total of 460 genes. A total of 471 genes in the Trifloxystrobin 100ppm treatment group and 250 uniquely expressed genes except for the common genes in the untreated group were identified. Among the genes whose expression level was confirmed by heatmap, except for the hypothetical protein whose role was not clearly identified, 16 genes increased and 30 genes decreased in the Trifloxystrobin 10ppm treatment group, and 30 genes were increased in the 100ppm treatment group. 22 genes and 33 decreased genes were identified. Among them, 21 up-regulation genes and 22 down-regulation genes expressed only in Trifloxystrobin 100ppm treatment group were identified.
