In this study, we would like to discuss the deterioration of youth employment, which is a complex problem, and the search for alternatives through industry-academic cooperation, which has been discussed a lot recently to overcome these limitations. Youth employment is a task of the times and is directly related to the weakening of future growth engines. As youth employment weakens, young people lose their motivation to work, and there is a lack of people to work at the same time, leading to a double problem in which the amount and quality of human resources for future growth deteriorate, which could lead to an impossible situation. Therefore, this study attempts to present the basis for policy direction by presenting policy suggestions.

본 연구에서는 복합적인 문제의 현상인 청년고용 악화와 이러한 한계 극복을 위해 최근 많이 논의되는 산학협력을 통한 대안 모색을 주제로 논의해 보고자 한다. 청년 고용은 시대적 과제이자 미래의 성장동력 약화와 직접적인 연관성이 있다. 청년층의 고용이 약화되면서 일하려는 청년층의 의욕이 상실되고, 이와 함께 실질적으로 일할 사람도 부족해지면서 미래 성장을 위한 인적자원 양과 질이 동시에 악화되는 이중의 문제에 봉착하며 이는 해결 불가능의 상황으로 치달을 수 있다는 위기의 시나리오가 만들어 질 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 정책 제언을 제시하여 정책 방향의 기반을 제시하고자 한다.
