This study aims to diagnose the current status of the industry-academic cooperation-friendly teaching evaluation system through statistical analysis of the institutionalization and applicability of the industry-academic cooperation- friendly teaching evaluation system and suggest future policy directions. The figure below is a review of the virtuous cycle direction for improving the university professor evaluation system to change the research-oriented teaching evaluation system into an industry-academic cooperation-friendly one. As a result of the study, the following policy implications were derived to spread the industry-academic cooperation-friendly teaching evaluation system. First, it is necessary to change the policy direction from industry-academic cooperation-friendly ‘system construction’ to ‘utilization’. Second, it is necessary to expand the industry-academic cooperation-friendly personnel evaluation system and industry-experienced teachers of research-oriented universities. Third, it is necessary to expand the performance indicators of industry-academic cooperation. Fourth, incentives should be strengthened to expand the connection between the industry-academic cooperation-friendly professor evaluation system and the personnel system.

본 연구는 산학협력 친화형 교수평가제도의 제도화와 적용성에 대한 통계적 분석을 통해 산학협력 친화형 교수평 가제도를 현황을 진단하고, 향후 정책 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 아래 그림은 연구중심의 교수평가제도를 산학협력 친화형 으로 변화하기 위한 대학 교수평가제도 개선을 위한 선순환 방향에 대한 검토이다. 연구결과, 산학협력 친화형 교수평가제 도 확산을 위해서는 다음과 같은 정책 함의를 도출하였다. 첫째, 산학협력 친화형 '제도구축'에서 '활용'으로의 정책방향 변 화 필요한 상황이다. 둘째, 연구중심대학의 산학협력 친화형 인사평가제도 및 산업체 경험 교원 확대 필요하다. 셋째, 산학 협력 실적 지표를 확대하는 것이 필요하다. 넷째, 산학협력 친화형 교수평가 제도와 인사제도와의 연계성 확대를 위한 인 센티브 강화되어야 한다.
