The purpose of this study is to propose the direction of compilation of textbooks and guidebook of teachers through the Delphi survey as the 2022 revised elementary moral curriculum is developed. To this end, a discussion was conducted first to examine the direction and characteristics of the 2015 revised elementary moral textbook and guidebook of teachers.After that, a group of 15 experts was formed to analyse the inheritance and improvement of the current elementary moral textbooks and guidebook of teachers through Delphi surveys.Finally, based on the results of the Delphi survey, the direction of compilation of textbooks and guidebook of teachers for the 2022 revised elementary moral curriculum was presented. As a result of the study, five major implications were obtained: ‘Securing the connectivity between the curriculum and the textbook’, ‘Flexibility in the composition of the unit’, ‘expanding teacher autonomy’, ‘strengthening the connectivity with student's real life’, ‘overalll improvement of the guidebook of teachers’.

본 연구의 목적은 2022 개정 초등 도덕과 교육과정이 개발됨에 따라 델파이 조사를 통해 교과서와 교사용 지도서의 편찬 방향을 제안하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2015 개정 초등 도덕과 교과서 및 교사용 지도서의 편찬 방향과 편찬 후의 특징을 살펴보는 논의를 우선적으로 진행하였다. 그런 다음 15명의 전문가 집단을 구성하여 현행 초등 도덕과 교과 서 및 교사용 지도서의 계승할 사항과 개선할 점을 델파이 조사를 통해 분석하였다. 마지막으로 델파이 조사의 결괏값을 근거로 2022 개정 초등 도덕과 교육과정에 따른 교과서와 교사용 지도서의 편찬 방향을 제시하였다. 연구의 결과 새 교육과정에 따른 교과서 및 교사용 지도 서의 편찬 방향으로 ‘교육과정과 교과서의 연계성 확보’, ‘단원(차시) 구성의 유연함’, ‘교사의 자율성 확대(심화 학습)’, ‘깊이 있는 학습을 위한 학생 실생활과의 연계성 강화’, ‘교사용 지도서의 전면적인 개선’ 의 다섯 부분에서 주요한 시사점을 얻을 수 있었다.
