Purpose : This study examines the current situation in which all foreign trade indicators point to a crisis, in the current situation of the new trade order of the change of the WTO system, the rise of global protectionism, and the acceleration of friend shoring in the global supply chain. Research design, data, methodology : Various measures that can help our national interest as much as possible can help the international trade order in the big frame where the government, companies, and trade-related organizations are newly organized around the new trade response cooperation body called IPEF (Indo-Pacific Economic Framework). Results : This study was carried out to examine the various perspectives, and to look at the response strategies and future prospects of each sector. Conclusions : The Framework advance resilience, sustainability, inclusiveness, economic growth, fairness, and competitiveness for our economies. Through IPEF, the partners aim to contribute to cooperation, stability, prosperity, development, and peace within the region.

본 연구는 현재 WTO 체제의 변화 및 전세계적인 보호무역주의의 대두 그리고 공급망의 프렌 드쇼어링 가속이라는 신통상질서의 재편 상황속에서, 모든 대외 무역 지표들이 위기를 가리키 는 현 상황을, 우리 무역이 미국 중심의 IPEF (Indo-Pacific Economic Framework) 라는 새로운 신통상 대응 협력체를 중심으로 정부와 기업, 그리고 무역 관련 단체들이 새롭게 짜여지는 큰 틀에서의 국제 무역 질서를 가능한 한 우리 무역 전략 및 정책에 반영이 가능한 다양한 대안들 을 다각적인 시각으로 점검해 보고, 각 주체별 대응 전략과 향후 전망을 조망해 보기 위하여 진행하였다.
