The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between MICE skills, selection attributes, participation constraints, and participation satisfaction for MICE participants. For the analysis, a survey was conducted on MICE participants from March 17 to 19, 2022, and an empirical analysis of the research model was conducted through the SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 26.0 statistical packages by collecting 202 valid samples. As a result of the analysis, first, hypothesis 1 on the effect of MICE skills on participation satisfaction was supported. Second, hypothesis 2 and hypothesis 3 were supported as the effect of MICE skills on selection attributes and participation constraints was found to have a statistically significant effect. Third, hypothesis 4 on the effect of selection attributes on participation satisfaction was supported. Fourth, hypothesis 5 on the effect of participation constraints on participation satisfaction was rejected, and hypothesis 6 on the effect of participation constraints on selection attributes was supported. Summarizing the above results, it was confirmed that MICE skills are a major factor in selecting MICE and improving participation satisfaction, and the higher the MICE skills, the easier it is to overcome participation restrictions.

본 연구의 목적은 MICE 참여자들을 대상으로 MICE스킬, 선택속성, 참여제약, 참여만족 간의 관계를 규 명하는데 있다. 분석을 위해 2022년 3월 17일에서 19일까지 MICE 참여자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하 였고, 202명의 유효표본을 수집하여 SPSS 20.0과 AMOS 26.0 통계 패키지를 통한 연구모형의 실증분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 첫째, MICE스킬이 참여만족에 미치는 영향에 대한 가설 1은 지지되었다. 둘째, MICE스킬이 선택속성에 미치는 영향과 참여제약에 미치는 영향은 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 가설 2, 가설 3은 지지되었다. 셋째, 선택속성이 참여만족에 미치는 영향에 대한 가설 4는 지지되었 다. 넷째, 참여제약이 참여만족에 미치는 영향에 대한 가설 5는 기각되었으며, 참여제약이 선택속성에 미치는 영향에 대한 가설 6은 지지되었다. 이상의 결과를 종합해보면 MICE스킬이 MICE를 선택하고 참여만족을 향 상시키는 주요 요인이며, MICE스킬이 높을수록 참여제약을 극복하기 용이하다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.
