The contents related to tangerines, horses, and drift included in , , , and were reviewed. And based on this, a proposal related to content development was made. First, the image of 'Tangerine Bongjin(耽羅封進)' and 'Gulimpungak(橘 林風樂)' was analyzed. Using the results, the opening ceremony of the Tangerine Festival began as an event that inherited the tangerine truth process and method, and various concerts under the tangerine tree were proposed as the closing ceremony event of the festival. Second, the horse riding show of the official flag belonging to Jeongeuihyun(㫌義縣), which Im Je wrote in , and the horse riding technique, which is the specialty of Jeju Gisaeng, were analyzed. In addition, in connection with the annual Jeju Horse Festival, a women's horseback riding parade dressed as unmanned was proposed. Third, the contents related to Hamel drift in Lee Ik-tae's were analyzed. And it was still suggested that the incorrectly determined Hamel tidying paper should be properly corrected. When planning a festival that shows Jeju's locality, developing and grafting content based on Jeju's history and traditional culture will help show even more Jeju's unique characteristics. Jeju-related documents recorded from the perspective of others are the basis for making this possible. Therefore, although it is a little late, more efforts should be made to discover Jeju's traditional culture and life during the traditional period in the old literature.

<남명소승(南溟小乘)>, 『남사록(南槎錄)』, 『지영록(知瀛錄)』, 『탐라순력도』 등에 들어 있는 귤･말[馬]･표류 관련 내용을 검토하였다. 그리고 이를 바탕으로 콘텐츠 개발과 관련한 제안 을 하였다. 첫째, ‘감귤봉진(柑橘封進)’과 ‘귤림풍악(橘林風樂)’의 의미를 분석하였다. 그 결과를 활용하여 감귤 축제 개막식을 감귤 진상 절차와 방법 계승한 이벤트로 시작하고, 귤나무 아래에서 다양한 음악회를 축제의 폐막식 이벤트로 제안하였다. 둘째, 임제가 <남명 소승>에 적어 놓았던 정의현 소속 관기의 마상쇼와 제주 기생의 특기인 승마기술을 분석하였 다. 그리고 매년 열리는 제주 마축제와 연결하여 무인 복장의 여성 기마 퍼레이드를 제안하였 다. 셋째, 이익태의 <지영록>에 등장하는 하멜 표류 관련 내용을 분석하였다. 그리고 여전히 잘못 비정된 하멜표류지를 제대로 고쳐야 함을 제안하였다. 제주의 지역성을 보여주는 축제를 기획할 때 제주의 역사와 전통문화를 기반으로 한 콘텐츠를 개발하고 접목시키면, 훨씬 더 제주만의 특징을 보여주는 데 도움이 될 것이다. 타자의 시선으로 기록된 제주 관련 문헌들은 이를 가능하게 하는 기반이다. 따라서 조금은 늦었지만, 옛 문헌 속에서 제주의 전통문화와 전통 시대 생활상을 발굴하는데 더 많은 노력을 기울여야 할 것이다.
