[Purpose] The purpose is to analyze the myth and effect of Golf Instructor personality coaching behavior on the leader's satisfaction and to identify the factors that personality coaching behavior has on the leader's trust and player satisfaction. [Method] We selected 228 copies of the reliable and valid personality coaching behavior, leader trust, and player satisfaction questionnaire, and conducted SPSS and AMOSS statistical analysis, correlation analysis, and route model verification. [Result] Demographic characteristics showed significant differences in personality coaching behavior, leadership trust, and player satisfaction, and static and malcorrelation was observed in all areas except the correlation between social support and democratic leadership trust. [Conclusion] Personality coaching behavior has influenced the trust and satisfaction of leaders, and the Association of Leaders has influenced the satisfaction of players.

[목적] 골프지도자의 인성코칭행동이 지도자에 대한 신뢰와 선수만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 인성코칭행동이 지 도자신뢰와 선수만족에 미치는 요인을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. [방법] 신뢰도와 타당도가 입증된 인성코칭행동, 지 도자신뢰, 선수만족의 설문지를 228부를 선택하여 SPSS와 AMOSS 통계분석, 상관관계분석, 경로모형 검증을 실시 하 였다. [결과] 인구통계학적 특성에 따라 인성코칭행동, 지도자신뢰, 선수만족의 차이검증에 유의한 차이가 나타 났으 며 사회지지와 민주행동의 지도자신뢰의 상관관계를 제외한 모든 부분에서 정적, 부적 상관관계가 나타났다. [결론] 인성코칭행동은 지도자신뢰와 선수만족에 영향을 미치고 있으며 지도자신회는 선수만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
