Public facility design is an indispensable part of public design. Due to the rapid development of cities, people need more normative and human design of public facilities. How to increase the user experience of art museum public facility design and further meet the user's needs is the problem facing public facility design. Therefore, I would like to study the design of public facilities of the Busan Museum of Art from the perspective of user experience. "User experience" is gradually becoming a buzzword for social economy and cultural development, and many industries related to design pay close attention to the development of "user experience." The "user experience" considers and reviews the overall value for design updates. The characteristics, functions, types, and problems of public facilities of the Busan Museum of Art are investigated and analyzed, and user experiences are combined and evaluated. First, the relationship between the design of public facilities and the user experience is clarified through the literature survey method. Second, through field surveys, public facilities of the Busan Museum of Art were classified, compared, and evaluated. Third, through the analysis of excellent art museum public facility design cases, the direction of art museum public facility design based on user experience is presented. In this study, the current status of public facility design at the Busan Museum of Art was analyzed from the perspective of user experience, and it is meaningful as a direction of design utilization of public facility design at art galleries in the future.

공공시설물 디자인은 공공디자인에서 빼놓을 수 없는 일부이다. 도시의 급속한 발전으로 인해 사람들은 더욱 규범적이고 인간적인 공공시설물 디자인이 필요하다. 어떻게 하면 미술관 공공시설물 디자인의 사용자 경험을 높이고 사용자의 요구 를 더욱 충족시킬 수 있을 것인가는 현재 공공시설물 디자인이 당면하고 있는 문제이다. 이에 부산시립미술관의 공공시 설물 디자인을 사용자경험의 관점에서 연구하고자 한다. "사용자 경험"은 점차 사회경제와 문화 발전의 유행어가 되고 있으며, 디자인과 관련된 많은 업계 분야가 '사용자 경험'의 발전에 깊은 관심을 기울이다. "사용자 경험"은 디자인 업데 이트를 위한 종합적인 가치를 생각하고 검토한다. 부산시립미술관의 공공시설물의 특징, 기능, 종류 및 문제점을 조사·분 석하고 사용자 체험을 결합해 평가한다. 먼저 문헌조사법을 통해 공공시설물의 디자인과 사용자 경험의 관계를 명확히 한다. 둘째, 현장조사를 통해 부산시립미술관의 공공시설물을 분류하여 비교·평가하였다. 셋째, 우수한 미술관 공공시설 물 디자인 사례 분석을 통해 사용자 경험에 기반의 미술관 공공시설물 디자인 방향을 제시한다. 본 연구에서는 부산시립 미술관의 공공시설물 디자인 현황을 사용자 경험의 관점에서 분석한 것으로 향후 미술관 공공시설디자인의 디자인 활용 방향으로서 의미가 있다.
