For human beings, freedom of movement and the right to move are very important in realizing their basic rights. In particular, the task of securing the right to move is recognized as important not only for the person with disabilities, but also for the transportation-disabled people who have difficulty in moving, such as the elderly and pregnant women. For the transportation vulnerable, securing the right to move is a functional element that enables life as a social part of life. On the other hand, autonomous vehicles can expect freedom from movement for the transportation vulnerable in terms of 'mobility' as a futuristic vehicle. However, facilities for realizing the widespread and universal use of autonomous vehicles have not been established. In addition, there is no significant change in society's perception, system, and policy regarding this. In this situation, the purpose of this study is to proactively identify the needs of the transportation vulnerable for autonomous vehicles. Based on this purpose, this study utilized human-centered design methodologies such as service design methodology, facilitation, and design thinking for the physically handicapped using special transportation. In addition, the user itinerary map for the mobility support service according to the special transportation usage pattern was schematized. In addition, 62 key requirements of users for future autonomous vehicle-based mobility support services were presented and used as basic data for follow-up studies.

인간에게 있어서 이동의 자유 및 이동권은 자신의 기본권 실현에 있어 매우 중요하다. 특히 장애인뿐만 아 니라 노인, 임산부 등 이동에 불편을 가지는 교통약자들에게 있어 이동권 보장에 대한 과제는 중요하게 인정 되고 있다. 교통약자에게 이동권 확보는 삶을 영위하는 사회적 일부로서의 삶을 가능하게 하는 기능적인 요 소이다. 한편, 자율주행차량은 미래형 자동차로써 ‘이동’이라는 측면에 있어서 교통약자들에게 이동으로부터 의 자유를 기대할 수는 있으나 자율주행차량의 광범위하고 보편적으로 이용할 수 있도록 실현하기 위한 시 설 등이 구축되어 있지 않은 실정이며, 이에 대한 사회 전반의 인지상황이나 제도 및 정책은 이렇다 할 변화 가 없는 상황에서 자율주행차량기반 미래 이동지원서비스에 대한 교통약자의 요구사항을 선행적으로 파악하 고자 하는데 이 연구의 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 목적을 바탕으로 특별교통수단을 이용하고 있는 지체장애인을 대상으로 서비스 디자인 방법론과 퍼실리테이션, 디자인 씽킹 등 인간중심 디자인 방법론을 활 용하여 특별교통수단 이용행태에 따른 이동지원서비스에 대한 이용자 여정맵을 도식화하고 미래의 자율주행 차량 기반 이동지원서비스에 대한 이용자의 핵심 요구사항 62건을 제시하여 후속 연구의 기초자료로 활용하고자 하였다.
