This study intends to address the issues of mutual recognition and coexistence of diversity between two ethnic groups. First, the function of ritual in Durkheim’s sociology of religion is discussed. The social economy is viewed as an important mechanism for community formation. Second, the process by which recognition is accumulated and exchanged is viewed as Bourdieu's theory of capital transformation and classification. Accumulated recognition is closely related to the three forms of capital. The case of Global Lady and ODS shows that recognition between two workers can be accumulated in the form of capital. In the former case, bilingual-related rituals induce accumulation of capital of recognition. It appeared in the form of cultural and social capital. In the latter case, cultural commodity-related rituals induce the accumulation of capital of recognition. It is mainly in the form of cultural and economic capital. The researcher made the following suggestions. First, the institutional support for the accumulation of capital of recognition. between the two targets in a social economy organization is strengthened. Second, the current status of migrant participation in the social economy field and the arrangement of basic data. Third, the social economy education and promotion of two people is strengthened.

본 연구는 한국의 다문화 상황에서 선주민과 이주민 간의 상호 인정과 다양성 공존의 논점을 다루고자 한다. 첫 째, 뒤르케임의 종교사회학에서 의례의 기능을 논하고, 사회적경제를 일종의 의례로서 공동체 형성에 중요한 기 제로 보고자 한다. 둘째, 사회적경제에서의 인정이 축적되고 교환되는 과정을 부르디외의 자본 변환과 분류에 대 한 이론으로 검토하고자 한다. 이 과정에서 축적된 인정은 세 가지 형태의 자본과 유기적인 관계를 맺는다. 글로 벌레이디협동조합과 ㈜오디에스의 사례는 인정의 다차원적인 축적과 교환의 가능성을 시사한다. 전자의 경우, 이중언어와 관련된 의례가 인정자본의 축적을 유도한다. 그것은 주로 문화･사회자본의 형태로 나타났다. 후자의 경우, 문화적 상품 관련 의례가 인정자본 축적을 유도하고, 인정자본은 주로 문화･경제자본의 형태로 나타났다. 이 연구 결과를 바탕으로 연구자는 다음과 같은 제언을 하였다. 첫째, 사회적경제 조직에서 두 대상 간의 인정자 본이 축적될 수 있는 제도적 지원 강화이다. 둘째, 사회적경제 분야에서의 이주민 참여 현황 및 기초자료의 정리 이다. 셋째, 지역의 선주민과 이주민에 대한 사회적경제 교육과 홍보 강화이다.
