The purpose of this study was to empirically analyze the relationship among the service quality of marine sports education, the resilience and school life satisfaction of military cadets in the naval academy. In order to achieve this purpose, 398 Cadets were selected from studied in 2022 Korea Naval Academy by the convenience sampling method. A total of 355 surveys were used for the final analysis. frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis were executed using SPSS 26 programs. As the results, the following conclusion was derived. First, it was found that the quality of education service had a significant effect on the resilience of cadets. Second, it was found that the educational service quality had a significant effect on the satisfaction of cadets in school life. Third, it was found that the resilience of cadets had a significant effect on school life satisfaction.

본 연구는 해군사관학교 해양체육 교육서비스 품질과 사관생도의 회복탄력성 및 학교생활만족 간의 관계를 구명 하는데 목적이 있었다. 이를 위해 2022년 해군사관학교에 재학하고 있는 사관생도를 모집단으로 편의표집방법을 이용하 여 표본을 수집하였다. 총 398명의 설문지를 회수하였으며, 실제 분석에는 총 355명의 자료를 이용하였다. 통계프로그램 SPSS26을 이용하여 연구목적에 따라 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였 다. 그 결과 첫째, 교육서비스품질은 사관생도의 회복탄력성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교육서비스 품질은 사관생도의 학교생활만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사관생도의 회복탄력성은 학교생활만 족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
