The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship among golf application quality, expectation match, and continuous use intention, to check users' evaluation regarding the use of golf applications, and to provide basic data to maintain competitive advantage through maintenance and reinforcement strategies. In February 2022, 203 questionnaires were used for the final analysis, excluding 47 unfaithful responses from 250 people with experience in using golf applications after visiting 10 golf practice centers in Gyeonggido. First, it was found that the quality of the golf application had a positive effect on the user's expectations. Second, it was found that the quality of the golf application had a positive effect on the intention to continue using it. Third, it was found that the expected match of golf application users had a positive effect on the intention to continue using. It was found that users were generally satisfied with the current quality of the golf application, and perceived that it had better quality than expected. For the continuous use of these users, it is thought that they will have a continuous competitive advantage if they can develop and operate services that meet their needs by conducting regular service satisfaction surveys and identifying their needs.

이 연구에서는 골프 어플리케이션 정보시스템 품질과 기대일치, 지속사용의도와의 관계를 규명하여 골프 어플리 케이션의 사용과 관련한 이용자들의 평가를 확인하고 이를 활용하여 유지 및 강화전략을 통해 경쟁우위를 지속할 수 있는 방안을 모색할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적을 두고 연구를 진행하였다. 2022년 2월 경기도 소재 골프연습장 10곳을 연구자와 보조연구자 4인이 직접방문 한 후 골프 어플리케이션 사용경험이 있는 250명 대상 중 불성실한 응답 47부를 제외하고 최종분석에 203부의 설문지가 분석에 사용되었다. 첫째, 골프어플리케이션의 품질은 이용자의 기대일 치에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 골프 어플리케이션의 품질은 지속사용의도에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 골프어플리케이션 사용자의 기대일치는 지속사용의도에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 골프 어플 리케이션의 현재 제공되는 품질에 대해 이용자들은 전반적으로 만족하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 기대이상의 품질을 가지고 있다고 지각하는 것으로 나타났다. 이들 이용자의 지속적인 사용을 위해 이용자들로 하여금 정기적인 서비스만족 에 대한 조사를 실시하고 이들의 요구를 파악할 수 있도록 하여 요구를 충족할 수 있는 서비스를 개발하고 안정적으로 운영할 수 있도록 한다면 지속적인 경쟁우위를 가질 수 있을 것이라 생각된다.
