This study was conducted with the aim of calculating the priority of importance for revitalizing public sports clubs in which public funds are injected. In order to achieve this research purpose, detailed factors were derived through in-depth interview and open-ended questions from 120 people who run public sports clubs from March 2022 to September 2022, and the conclusions derived using the EC-2000 program, a hierarchical analysis tool, are as follows. First, the priority of importance for revitalizing public sports clubs was found to be a total of three areas. Specifically, it consisted of local government cooperation, self-sustaining power construction, and specialized program factors. Second, the priority of the evaluation items was first to secure facilities, budget support, and promotional support. Second, the self-sustaining factors were price elasticity, corporate sponsorship, and continuous support, and finally, specialized programs In was derived in the order of school sports linkage, various events, and provision of customized programs.

이 연구는 공적 자금이 투입되는 공공 스포츠클럽 활성화를 위한 중요도 우선순위를 산출하기 위한 목적으로 수행 되었다. 이러한 연구목적 달성을 위해 2022년 3월부터 2022년 9월까지 공공 스포츠클럽을 운영하는 담당자 120명을 대상으로 심층 면담과 개방형 질문을 통해 세부요인을 도출하였고, 최종 도출 자료를 기초로 하여 위계적 계층구조분석의 도구인 EC-2000 프로그램을 사용하여 도출된 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공공 스포츠클럽 활성화를 위한 중요도 우선순 위는 총 3개의 영역으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 살펴보자면, 지자체 협력, 자생력 구축, 특화 프로그램요인으로 구성되었 다. 둘째, 평가항목의 우선순위는 가장 먼저 지자체 협력요인은 시설확보, 예산 지원, 홍보 지원 순으로 나타났고, 두 번째 로 자생력 구축요인은 가격탄력성, 기업후원, 지속적 지원으로, 끝으로 특화 프로그램요인은 학교체육연계, 다양한 이벤 트, 맞춤형 프로그램 제공 순으로 도출되었다.
