The digital new deal policy is urging the advent of a convergence industrial ecosystem through linkage and integration in all industrial fields. Digital transformation is accelerating, and a digital transformation response is needed to overcome the COVID-19 crisis and then normalize it. In addition, it is necessary to preemptively present detailed implementation measures to realize various New Deal policies, such as strengthening the DNA ecosystem and fostering non-face-to-face industries. Due to COVID-19, Jeju's economic difficulties have been aggravated by the main industry, and it is also necessary to actively respond to the crisis, such as establishing an economic industry structure in a more sustainable structure. Therefore, this study aims to promote balanced regional development by presenting a digital new deal strategy tailored to Jeju in connection with the policy direction of the nation's digital new deal.

디지털 뉴딜 정책은 전 산업 분야에서의 연계 및 통합을 통한 융합적 산업 생태계 도래를 촉구하고 있다. 디지털 전환이 가속화되고, 코로나19 위기를 극복하며 이후 정상화를 위해 디지털 전환 대응이 필요한 상황이다. 이와 함께 DNA 생태계 강화, 비대면 산업 육성 등 다양한 뉴딜 정책을 실현하기 위한 구체적인 세부 실행 방안의 선제적 제시가 필요하다. 코로나19로 인해 주력산업을 중심으로 제주경제 의 어려움이 가중되어 경제산업 구조를 보다 지속가능한 구조로 구축하는 등 위기에 대한 적극적 대응 또한 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서 는 국가의 디지털 뉴딜의 정책 방향성과 연계하여 제주 산업에 적용가능한 정책을 제안하고자 한다. 비대면 산업 가속화로 디지털 경제로의 전환이 빨라짐에 따라 제주형 디지털 뉴딜 정책을 실현하기 위한 방법론과 4차 산업혁명 기술에 기반한 산업 생태계 활성화 전략을 제시한다. SWOT과 STEEP 분석 방법을 활용해 제주 산업 생태계 현황을 파악하고 최신 ICT 기술을 바탕으로 한 연계 방안과 이를 활용한 제주 문화․관광 재도약 방안을 모색한다. 본 연구를 통해 제주 맞춤형 디지털 전환 활성화 방안을 제시하여 지역균형발전을 도모하고 제주지역 특성에 맞는 신산업 발굴 및 미래성장동력 확보를 기대할 수 있을 것이다.
