The purpose of this study is to develop a PBL standard operation model for Work-Learning Dual System(Degree linked type). The standard operation model was developed based on literature analysis and group/individual interviews and verified through external experts. The standard operation model shows the concept of PBL and operating procedure, the linkage method between OJT and OFF-JT. The PBL opertating procedure consists of task derivation, task plan establishment, learning and feedback through task performance, and task evaluation. The standard operation model is expected to be used as useful data for the operation of PBL for work-learning dual system not only in K University but also in various universities that operate degree-linked types. While the existing PBL model presents a PBL operation plan in one school class, the standard operation model differs from the existing PBL model in that it presents the role of each subject related to PBL from a more macro perspective, the operation timing for each grade, and the linkage method between OJT and OFF-JT.

본 연구의 목적은 K대학교 일학습병행 학위연계형(대학연계형/고숙련마이스터과정)에 적용하기 위한 PBL 표준 운영모델 개발이다. 이를 위하여 관련 선행연구와 실무자료를 포함한 문헌자료를 분석하고 관 계자를 대상으로 한 그룹/개별 인터뷰를 토대로 표준 운영모델을 개발하고 외부전문가를 통해 검증하였 다. 표준 운영모델에서는 PBL의 개념, PBL 수행절차, PBL의 시행시기, PBL 과제도출의 주체와 기준, OJT와 OFF-JT의 연계방식, OJT와 OFF-JT의 능력단위 편성방식, OFF-JT의 운영방안, 평가방안, PBL 수행을 위한 각 주체별 역할을 제시하였다. 이 중 PBL 수행절차는 과제 도출, 과제계획 수립, 과제 수행을 통한 학습과 피드백, 과제평가 순으로 구성되며 각 단계마다 OJT와 OFF-JT에서 이뤄져야 할 활동을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 표준 운영모델은 K대학교 일학습병행 뿐 아니라 학위연계형 을 운영하는 여러 대학에서도 일학습병행 PBL 운영을 위한 유용한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대 된다. 기존의 PBL 모델이 하나의 학교 수업에서 PBL 운영방안을 제시하고 있는 점에 반해 본 연구를 통해 도출된 표준 운영모델에서는 좀 더 거시적 관점에서 PBL과 관련된 각 주체들의 역할 정립, 학년별 운영시기, OJT와 OFF-JT의 연계방식 등을 제시하고 있다는 점에서 기존의 PBL모델과 차별화된다.
