This study aims to present a plan based on data collection through portal search and analysis of current status through literature data as a method for promotion by opening private certificates for e-sports instructors for the disabled. As a method of investigation, the Legal Information Center, the Korea Sports Association for the Disabled, and the Korea Sports Federation for the Disabled were collected through portal search, and the current status was obtained through literature data such as papers, reports, and columns A group of experts, including sports policymakers, PhD in sports sociology, private qualification managers, and officials from the Korea Vocational Research Institute, selected researchers and completed the survey through semi-structured questionnaires, and used them for in-depth interviews with experts based on the survey data and current status analysis data. Based on the results of the survey on the current status and status of private qualifications of e-sports instructors for the disabled, the following conclusions were drawn to suggest promotion measures. First, it is necessary to present the purpose of obtaining a certificate through the regularization of the Korean Sports Association leader registration system, and second, establish specific provisions for training e-sports leaders and implement training centers for professional manpower to pave the way for institutional protection and promotion of instructors. Third, by operating e-sports classrooms for the disabled and seeking to select sports certificates for the disabled, and fourth, by establishing mid- to long-term strategies for selecting sports instructors (national qualifications) for the disabled, it will expand the scope of activities of qualified persons under the Sports Leader Act.

본 연구는 장애인 e스포츠지도사 민간자격증 개설에 따른 진흥을 위한 방안 연구로 포털 검색을 통한 자료수집과 문헌 자료를 통한 현황분석을 기초로 방안을 제시하는 데 연구의 목적으로 하고 있다. 조사 방법으로 법령정보센터, 대한장애인체육회, 대한장애인e스포츠연맹 등을 포털 검색을 통해 자료를 수집하였고 논문, 보고서, 칼럼 등의 문헌 자료를 통해 현황 실태를 분석하였다. 체육정책가, 스포츠사회학 박사학위자, 민간자격관리자, 한국직업능력연구원 관 계자 등의 전문가 집단을 연구자를 선정하여 반 구조화된 질문지를 통해 설문을 완성한 후 수집된 조사 자료와 현황 분석자료를 기반으로 전문가 심층 면접에 사용하였다. 장애인 e스포츠지도사 민간자격 관련 현황 및 실태의 조사된 결과를 바탕으로 진흥 방안 제시를 위한 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 대한장애인체육회 지도자 등록 시스 템의 정례화를 통해 자격증 취득의 목적을 제시하고 둘째, 법률에 따른 e스포츠 지도자 양성의 구체적 조항 신설과 전문인력 양성의 연수원 시행화를 진행하여 지도사의 제도적 보호와 진흥에 발판 마련이 필요하다. 셋째, 장애인스포 츠 교실 e스포츠 운영과 장애인스포츠 증서 선정의 모색 화를 통해 장애인e스포츠 저변 확대에 기반을 확충하고 넷 째, 장애인스포츠지도사(국가 자격) 종목선정을 위한 전략화의 중장기 계획수립을 진행하여 민간자격에서 국가 자격의 승격을 이룩하여 체육지도자 법령에 따른 자격 소지자의 활동 영역에 확대를 실현한다.
