This study analyzed whether emotional control has mediating effect on two factors based on infants’ self-elasticity on social ability. From January 20 to January 30, 2022, a three-stage mediating analysis of Baron and Kenny (1986) was conducted based on data observed by the teacher in charge of 501 infants at daycare centers located in Seoul. The results of the study are as follows. First, it was found that the self-elasticity of infants influenced social ability by mediating emotional control. At this time, the mediating effect was found to be a partial mediating effect, and it was found that self-regulation of infants influenced social ability by mediating emotional control. It was found that infants’ initiative influenced social ability by mediating emotional control, and infants' self-esteem influenced social ability by mediating emotional control.

본 연구는 유아의 자아탄력성이 사회적능력에 미치는데 있어 정서조절이 두 변인간 매개효과를 가지는지 분석하였다. 연구방법으로는 2022년 1월 20일 ∼1월 30일 사이에 서울시에 소재한 어린이집 501명의 유아를 대상으로 담당교사가 관찰한 자료를 바탕 으로 분석에 사용되었다. 분석은 Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 3단계 매개분석으로 진행하 였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 유아의 자아탄력성은 정서조절을 매개하여 사회적 능력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이때 매개효과는 부분매개로 나타났으며, 유아의 자 기조절은 정서조절을 매개하여 사회적 능력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 유아의 주도성은 정서조절을 매개하여 사회적 능력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 유아 의 자존감은 정서조절을 매개하여 사회적 능력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
