The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the educational service quality of coffee professional academies, and to examine the effect on learning commitment, educational satisfaction, and academic achievement. A total of 350 questionnaires were collected for 30 days from June 15, 2022 to July 14, 2022, and 350 copies were collected. Analysis was performed using the SPSS 25.0 statistical package. For the analysis, demographic analysis was performed using frequency analysis, and exploratory factor analysis was used for measurement variables. In conclusion, using multiple regression analysis, the influence relationship between each concept was examined in this research model. First, as a result of analyzing Hypothesis 1, which is the effect of educational service quality on learning immersion, it was found that the quality of instructors, educational content, and educational service were important variables in the order of learning immersion. Second, as a result of analyzing Hypothesis 2, which is the effect of educational service quality on educational satisfaction, it was found that educational content, educational service, and quality of instructors were important variables for learning immersion. Third, as a result of analyzing hypothesis 3, it was found that learning immersion had a high effect. Fourth, as a result of analyzing Hypothesis 4, it was found that education satisfaction had a high effect.

본 연구는 커피전문학원의 교육서비스 품질 수강생에게 학습 몰입, 교육 만족, 학업성취도에 미치는 영향 관 계를 검증하고 대학이 추구하는 인재 양성에 필요한 교육서비스 품질이 무엇인지 알아보고 학습 몰입과 교육 만족, 학업성취도의 이론적 근거를 바탕으로 커피전문학원 경쟁력 강화를 제안하는데 주된 목적이 있다. 설문 은 2022년 6월 15일부터 2022년 7월 14일까지 30일 동안 총 350건의 설문을 실시하여 350부 수거하였다. 분석은 SPSS 25.0 통계 패키지를 사용하여 수행되었습니다. 분석을 위해 빈도 분석을 이용하여 인구통계학적 분석을 수행하였고, 측정변수는 탐색적 요인분석을 이용하였다. 결론은 다중회귀분석을 사용하여 본 연구 모 형에서 각 개념 간의 영향 관계를 살펴보았다. 첫째, 교육서비스 품질이 학습 몰입에 미치는 영향인 가설 1을 분석한 결과, 학습 몰입 순으로 강사의 질, 교육내용, 교육 서비스가 중요한 변수인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교 육서비스 질이 교육 만족도에 미치는 영향인 가설 2를 분석한 결과, 교육내용, 교육서비스, 강사의 질이 학습 몰입에 중요한 변수인 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 가설 3을 분석한 결과, 학습 몰입이 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 가설 4를 분석한 결과 교육 만족도가 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
