Objective : The purpose of this study was effect of interventions applied through analyzed and classified in children with cerebral palsy in this study. Methods : The systematic review was executed using Korean Association of Occupational Therapists(KAOT) database link. The key words used for the search were “cerebral palsy”. We are searched from 2000 to 2021. We analyzed 8 papers which are study about intervention of children with cerebral palsy. Results : The results of study are most used intervention of children with cerebral palsy was sensory integration program and submerged, ground constraint-induced movement therapy, visual-perception program, Activity of Daily Living Training based on Neurodevelopmental Treatment, Eye Movement Program, Snoezelen program, Hippotherapy, Performance-basic executive function task was once each 1(14.3%). All intervention were effective because there were purpose on improvement of abnormal movement and psychological stability. Conclusion : This systematic review provides basic data of ground to determine a plane of intervention of rehabilitation in clinic.

목적 : 본 연구는 뇌성마비 아동에게 적용된 중재에 관한 연구들을 요약 및 분석하여 정리하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법 : 대한작업치료학회의 데이터베이스를 통하여 주요 검색어(key words)로 “뇌성마비”,“Cerebral Palsy”를 사용 하여 검색하였다. 검색된 논문은 2000년부터 2021년까지 총 34개였으나 아래의 포함기준과 배제기준을 통해 총 8개 의 논문이 본 연구의 분석대상이 되었다. 분석대상이 된 논문 8개의 연구근거의 질적 수준은 Arbesman, Scheer와 Lieberman(2008)에 의해 개발된 연구의 근거기반 수준 분류표를 제시하였다. 그리고 본 연구에서는 뇌성마비 아동 을 대상으로 적용된 중재에 대한 효과를 알아보기 위해 근거를 중심으로 하는 의료재활분야에서 가장 효과적으로 제시되는 P.I.C.O 방법을 사용하였다. P.I.C.O 방법은 근거들을 임상적인 질문에 따라 찾아 대상자(Patient), 중재방법 (Intervention), 대조법(Comparison), 결과(Outcome)의 항목으로 체계적이고 명백하게 근거들을 제시할 수 있게 정 리하는 방법이다. 결과 : 본 연구는 뇌성마비 아동을 대상으로 적용된 중재에 대한 효과를 알아보기 위해 사용된 중재방법을 분석 및 정리하였다. 본 연구의 목적에 해당되는 8개의 연구를 선택하여 정리한 결과 감각통합치료 프로그램, 수중・지상 강제유도운동치료, 시지각 훈련프로그램, 신경발달 치료원리에 기초한 일상생활활동 훈련, 안구 운동프로그램, 스노 즐렌 프로그램, 재활승마, 수행 실행기능이 각 1회로 14.3%였다. 8개의 중재방법에 대한 근거가 되는 연구는 P.I.C.O 방법으로 정리하였다. 결론 : 본 연구는 뇌성마비 아동에게 적용된 중재에 대한 근거 및 기초자료로 활용할 수 있게 분석 및 정리하여 임상에 서 뇌성마비 아동을 대상으로 알맞은 치료계획 및 중재방법을 적용하는 것에 목적이 있으며, 향후에는 뇌성마비 아 동을 대상으로 전문적 재활치료의 중재방법에 대한 근거를 명확히 할 수 있는 연구가 많이 이루어져야 할 것이라 사료된다.
