Purpose : Recently, the use of informal communication through SNS technology has been increased due to the reduction of time and the inconvenience of relationship in corporate organizations. The Purpose of this study was to clarify the impact of communication type knowledge sharing on innovative behaviour, and the following results were obtained. Research design, data, methodology : First, informal communication and formal communication have a positive (+) effect on knowledge sharing. Second, knowledge sharing has a positive (+) effect on innovation behavior as a mediating variable. Third, informal communication has a negative (-) effect on innovation behavior, but formal communication has a positive (+) effect on innovation behavior. Results : As a theoretical implication, this study expanded the existing study that communication channels affect knowledge sharing, demonstrating that they do not affect innovation behavior, and suggested practical implications for SMEs when introducing communication channels.

최근 중소기업의 조직구성원은 업무를 수행함에 있어 시간의 단축, 테크놀로지의 편의와 관계 의 불편함으로 인해 SNS를 통한 온라인 커뮤니케이션 이용이 증대하고 있다. 이는 인적 자원 이 제한되고 전문 인력 고용과 지속적인 학습 및 훈련이 제한된 환경 안에서 중소기업은 기술 위주의 익숙해져 있는 메신저 시스템을 도입하는 경우를 볼 수 있기 때문이다. 이러한 근거를 바탕으로 커뮤니케이션 유형에 따른 지식공유 행위가 혁신행동에 미치는 영향을 밝히고자 하 여 중소기업을 대상으로 진행하였으며 다음과 같은 결과가 도출되었다. 첫째, 비공식적 커뮤 니케이션과 공식적 커뮤니케이션은 지식공유에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 공식적 커뮤니케 이션은 지식공유를 매개로 혁신행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 셋째 비공식적 커뮤니케이션은 혁신행동에 부(-)정적인 영향을 미치나, 공식적 커뮤니케이션은 혁신행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미 치는 것으로 나타났다. 시사점으로 선행연구와 달리 비공식적 커뮤니케이션은 지식공유에 영 향을 미치나 혁신행동에 직접적으로 유의미한 영향을 주지는 못한다는 결과를 제시하였으며, 실무적으로는 온라인 커뮤니케이션에 있어 기업이 제고해야 할 사항들에 대해 제시하였다.
