Poster Session Ⅰ: ICT-Future Vehicle

2D van der Waals Materials-based Suspended Device for Multi-Functional Sensor Applications

초록

영어

Drowsy driving and leakage of toxic gas are vital problems in vehicle usage. Therefore, multi-functional high-performance sensors are needed to solve these problems and provide warning information to the driver as well. In this paper, we demonstrate sensor devices with a suspended structure to detect subtle environmental changes such as acoustic waves or toxic gases. Our suspended 2D TMDC channel enables us to measure the environmental changes within electrical signals to achieve real-time detection, high sensitivity, and reliability.
