In order to understand the research trend, this study conducted a keyword network analysis of 881 papers published in the "Journal of CEO and Management Studies" from 1998 (Vol.1, No.1) to August 2022 (Vol.25, No.2). In addition, a total of 881 papers published in "Journal of CEO and Management Studies" and 138 papers published within the last three years were compared to see how studies related to CEO and management are changing in line with recent changes in the business environment. Based on the analysis results according to the frequency and centrality of the keywords, the main implications for the difference between the two groups (881 papers vs. 138 papers) were presented. This study is expected to provide meaningful implications in that it examines research trends based on papers published in the "Journal of CEO and Management Studies" and presents the research direction of the "Journal of CEO and Management Studies" in the future.

본 연구는 전문경영인연구 제1권 제1호(1998년)부터 제25권 제2호(2022년 4월)까지 게재된 논문 881개 를 바탕으로 키워드 네트워크 분석을 실시하고 그동안의 연구동향을 분석한다. 또, 최근 경영환경의 변화와 더불어 전문경영인과 관련된 연구의 변화를 살펴보기 위해 전체 논문과 881개와 최근 3년간 논문 138개 논문을 비교하였다. 비교결과 키워드 빈도 및 중심성에 따라 공통적인 연구들과 차별적인 연구들을 구분하여 주요 시사점을 도출하였다. 본 연구는 그동안 전문경영인연구에 게재된 논문들의 연구동향을 살펴보고, 향후 전문경영인연구의 방향성을 제시한다는 점에서 의미있는 시사점을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
