The objective of this study is to understand the relations of achievement goal orientation, passion, and academic persistence of dance majors in a crisis of academic persistence according to the current spread of contact-free atmosphere. To achieve the objective of this study, total 300 questionnaires were distributed to the students enrolled in the Department of Dance of a university located in Gyeonggi region From March to April 2021. This study collected total 232 questionnaires, and then utilized them for the final analysis. Using the SPSS & AMOS 21.0 Statistics Program, this study conducted the exploratory factor analysis, canonical correlation analysis, and regression analysis, and then drew the results of this study as follows. First, the task goal orientation of achievement goal orientation had positive effects on harmonious passion. Second, the task goal orientation of achievement goal orientation had positive effects on academic persistence. Third, among the passion, the harmonious passion had positive effects on academic persistence. Therefore, this study is expected to contribute to the establishment of the future education direction of the Department of Dance as a preparation for the non-face-to-face educational environment.

본 연구는 비대면 패러다임 확산으로 변화되고 있는 교육환경에 대한 무용전공생의 긍정적 학업 행동을 유도 하기 위한 성취목표성향, 열정 그리고 학업 지속 간 관련성을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 2021년 3월~4월 중 경기권 2개 대학교의 무용학과 재학생을 대상으로 설문지 총 300부를 배포해 그 중 총 232부를 수거하여 최종 분석에 활용하였다. 본 연구는 SPSS 21.0 통계 프로그램을 활용하여 탐색적 요인분석, 정준상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 연구를 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 성취목표 성향 중 과제목표성향 및 자기목표성향은 조화열정에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성취목표 성향 중 과제목표성향은 학업 지속에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 열정 중 조화열정은 학업 지속에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구는 비대면 교육환경에 대한 대비로서 무용학과의 향후 교육 방향 설정에 이바지할 것을 기대하는 바이다.
