In this study, in order to seize the vegetation structure of Mt. Udu, Geochang-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do, 21 square spheres (400㎡) were set up to investigate the vegetation. As a result of classifying the plant communities, the 21 survey districts were classified into the Pinus densiflora - Quercus serrata - Alnus incana subsp. hirsuta, and the Pinus densiflora - Quercus serrata - Quercus variabilis community. The correlation between species was shown as follows. Cornus controversa and Spiraea blumei; Alnus incana subsp. hirsuta and Toxicodendron trichocarpum; Zelkova serrata and piraea blumei, Platycarya strobilacea; Quercus variabilis and Platycarya strobilacea; Philadelphus schrenkii and Callicarpa japonica; Zanthoxylum schinifolium and Spiraea blumei; Toxicodendron trichocarpum and Quercus mongolica; Rhus chinensis and Corylus sieboldiana; A strong positive correlation has been established between them. These species were found to share the same growing environment. Pinus densiflora and Toxicodendron trichocarpum; Quercus serrata and Weigela subsessilis; Weigela subsessilis and Prunus sargentii; A negative correlation was established between them. It was found that these species do not share the same growing environment between species.

본 연구는 경상남도 거창군 우두산의 식생구조를 파악하고자, 21개의 방형구(400㎡)를 설정하여 식생을 조사하였다. 식물군집을 분류한 결과 21개의 조사구는 소나무-졸참나무-물오리나무군집, 소나무-졸참나무-굴참나무군집으로 분류되었다. 종다양도는 0.5613∼0.6138의 범위로 나타났다. 수종간의 상관관계는 층층나무와 산조팝나무; 물오리나무와 개옻나무; 느티나무와 산조팝나무, 굴피 나무; 굴참나무와 굴피나무; 고광나무와 작살나무; 산초나무와 산조팝나무; 개옻나무와 신갈나무; 붉 나무와 참개암나무 사이에서는 강한 정의 상관관계가 성립되었다. 이들 수종 사이에는 같은 생육환 경을 공유하는 것으로 나타났다. 소나무와 개옻나무; 졸참나무와 병꽃나무; 병꽃나무와 산벚나무 등 의 사이에서는 부의 상관관계가 나타났고, 이들 수종 사이에는 같은 생육환경을 공유하지 않는 것 으로 나타났다.
