This study is an implementation study on the "Convergence Design Extracurricular Education Program" conducted in the major subject of fashion material planning for second-year undergraduates majoring in fashion design at T University. The purpose of this study is to understand the physical characteristics of the materials used in fashion and to confirm that the research questions presented can be realized through the use, analysis, sensory approach, and fusion design of fashion materials. The eight-time comparison program for 15 participants focused on the group to increase communication opportunities between learners while learning the process of visually expressing the characteristics of fashion materials. And after deriving the result as a "fashion item design", an interview was finally conducted on the program.

본 연구는 본 연구는 T대학의 패션디자인을 전공하고 있는 2학년 학부생을 대상으로, 패션소재기획 전공 교과목에서 진행한 “융합디자인 비교과 프로그램”에 관한 실행연구이다. 본 연구의 목적은 패션에 사용하는 소재 에 대한 물리적 특성을 파악한 후, 해당 소재의 특성을 살려 구성원들 간의 탐구방법을 활용하여 제시된 연구문제 를 패션소재의 사용과 분석, 감각적 접근, 융합디자인을 통해서 구현될 수 있다는 것을 확인하는데 있다. 참가자 15명의 학생들을 대상으로 8회 걸쳐 진행된 비교과 프로그램은 패션소재의 특성을 시각적으로 표현하는 과정을 익힘과 더불어 학습자 간의 소통 기회를 증가시키기 위해 조별 중심으로 진행하였다. 그리고 그 결과를 “패션 아 이템 디자인”으로 도출한 뒤, 최종적으로 프로그램에 관련한 인터뷰를 실시하였다.
