BI centers are achieving policy goals in terms of quantitative growth and operational performance, centering on universities, but on the other hand, the system composition for effective role performance is still insufficient. In this study, the support service system for tenant companies was improved and the business performance of tenant companies was improved by examining in detail the effect of incubation center support services for tenant companies on the performance of tenant companies and the moderating effect of entrepreneurship on corporate performance. We tried to present an efficient model to obtain. As a result of this study, it was found that the management support service, technical support service, and administrative support service provided by the incubation center to resident companies have a significant effect on the company's performance. However, it was found that the factors provided by entrepreneurship had no moderating effect on the support service of the incubation center and the business performance of the company. This means that non-physical factors rather than physical factors among the services provided by the incubation center to resident companies affect the performance of resident companies, and it is necessary to develop the competencies of resident companies focusing on management, administration, and technical support suitable for the business environment. will be. As a result of this study, for the growth of resident companies, it is necessary to establish the system of the incubation center suitable for the present age by strengthening the management support service, technical support service, and administrative support service capabilities of the incubation center. In addition, in order to support the growth of resident companies, it is necessary to analyze the environment for each business field of the company, understand the growth level of the company, analyze the needs of the resident company, and then support the corresponding service. 우리나라의 창업보육센터는 대학을 중심으로 양적 성장 및 운영 성과 측면에서도 정책적 목 표를 달성하고 있으나 반면 효과적인 역할 수행을 위한 체계구성은 아직 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 입주기업에 대한 창업보육센터 지원서비스가 입주기업의 성과에 미치는 영향 및 기 업가정신이 기업성과에 미치는 조절효과를 세부적으로 규명함으로써 입주기업에 대한 지원 서 비스 체계를 개선하고 입주기업의 경영성과를 얻기 위해 효율적인 모델을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 창업보육센터가 입주기업에게 제공하는 경영지원서비스, 기술지원서비스, 행정지 원서비스는 기업의 성과에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 둘째, 기업가정신이 제공 하는 요소들은 창업보육센터의 지원서비스와 기업의 경영성과에 미치는 조절 영향이 없는 것으 로 나타났다. 이는 창업보육센터가 입주기업에게 제공하는 서비스 중 물리적 요소보다 비 물리 적 요소가 입주기업의 성과에 영향을 미치고, 기업의 환경에 맞는 경영, 행정, 기술적 지원을 중 심으로 입주기업의 역량을 키워나가야 할 것이다. 본 연구 결과는 입주기업의 성장을 위하여 창 업보육센터의 경영지원서비스, 기술지원서비스, 행정지원서비스 역량 강화를 통하여 현 시대에 맞는 창업보육센터의 시스템을 구축해야 한다. 또한 입주기업의 성장 지원을 위해 기업의 사업 분야별 환경 분석과 기업의 성장정도를 파악하고 입주기업의 니즈를 분석한 후 그에 해당하는 서비스를 지원해야 한다. 이를 통하여 창업보육센터 기업의 매출 증대, 순이익 증가, 고객의 충성도 증가를 통해 BI 입주기업의 성장과 자생력을 높여가야 한다.
