[Purpose] In this study, the intangible benefits of screen golf users are investigated, and the relationship between the intangible benefits, facility use satisfaction, and continued use intention is to be investigated. [Method] From June 15 to June 30, 2022, a survey was conducted using a convenient sampling method for MZ generation users who had experience using screen golf courses located in Seoul, the metropolitan area, and Chungnam. An online Google questionnaire was used for the survey, and a total of 245 responses were used as final analysis data. For data processing, frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS25.0. [Result] First, intangible benefits had a significant effect on satisfaction with facility use. Second, intangible benefits had a significant effect on intention to continue use. Third, satisfaction with facility use had a significant effect on intention to continue use. [Conclusion] In order to provide differentiated services in the same industry, operating strategies such as providing information on exercise effects, having fun with colleagues, and differentiated events are required.

[목적] 이 연구의 목적은 무형적 편익과 시설이용만족, 지속이용의도와의 관계를 규명하는 것이다. [방법] 2022년 6월 15일~6월 30일까지 서울·수도권·충남 지역의 스크린골프장 시설을 이용한 MZ세대 이용객들을 대상으로 설 문조사를 실시하였다. 온라인 구글(Google)설문지를 활용하였으며, 총 245명의 응답지를 최종분석 자료로 활용하 였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 25.0, AMOS25.0을 활용하여 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀 분석을 실시하였다. [결과] 첫째, 무형적편익은 시설이용만족에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 무형적편익은 지속이 용의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 시설이용만족은 지속이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. [결론] 동종 업계에 서 차별화된 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 운동효과 정보제공, 동료들과의 즐거운 시간, 차별화된 이벤트 등의 운 영전략이 필요합니다.
