[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between chemyon sensitivity, user satisfaction, and revisit intention of millennial generation visited domestic golf resort facilities. [Method] From April 01 to June 30, 2022, a survey was conducted to a total of 202 users who had experience using domestic golf resort facilities located in Seoul and metropolitan areas. Frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS25.0. [Result] First, among chemyon sensitivity factors, all factors of shame, formal formality, and consciousness of others had a significant effect on user satisfaction. Second, among the chemyon sensitivity factors, all factors of shame, formal formality, and consciousness of others had a significant effect on revisit intention. Third, user satisfaction had a significant effect on revisit intention. [Conclusion] Efficient marketing and operation plans are needed to become a differentiated golf resort facility, such as a limited edition plan that provides unique experiences and scarcity of facilities that reflect the trends of millennials.

[목적] 이 연구는 국내 골프리조트 시설을 방문한 밀레니얼세대의 체면민감성과 이용만족 및 재방문의도와의 관 계를 규명하는 것이다. [방법] 2022년 4월 01일~ 6월 30일까지 서울·수도권 지역에 소재한 국내 골프리조트 시설 을 이용한 경험이 있는 이용객 중 총 202명에게 설문조사를 실시하였다. SPSS 25.0, AMOS25.0을 활용하여 빈도분 석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. [결과] 첫째, 체면민감성 요인 중 창피 의식성, 형식격식성, 타인의식성 모든 요인이 이용만족에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 체면민감성 요인 중 창피 의식성, 형식격식성, 타인의식성 모든 요인이 재방문의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 이용만족은 재방문의도 에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. [결론] 밀레니얼 세대의 트렌드를 반영한 시설만의 희소성과 이색적인 경험을 제공하는 한정판 기획 등 차별화된 골프리조트 시설이 될 수 있도록 효율적인 마케팅 및 운영 방안이 필요하다.
