[Purpose] This study was conducted with the aim of providing basic data to flexibly and flexibly cope with golf course operation by investigating the structural relationship between athletes' environmental expectations, immersion, satisfaction, and performance through off-season training. [Method] To this end, a survey was conducted on 300 players from seven golf courses located in Jeju Island in February 2021 using the convenience sampling method. The following results were obtained. [Result] First, in the relationship between environmental expectations and immersion, the convenience of environmental expectations, golf courses, and services had a significant effect on immersion, but incidental costs did not significantly affect immersion. Second, in the relationship between environmental expectations and satisfaction, all factors of environmental expectations had a significant effect on satisfaction, and third, immersion and satisfaction were also found to have a positive effect on performance. [Conclusion] In order to respond quickly to the rapidly changing golf course environment such as the post-COVID-19 era, golf courses are thought to need flexible and flexible marketing strategies in search of the needs of various consumers

[목적] 이 연구에서는 골프선수들의 전지훈련을 통한 선수들의 환경기대와 몰입, 만족, 성과와의 구조적 관계를 규명하여 환경의 변화에 발빠르게 대처하고 다양한 경영전력을 세우는데 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적을 두고 연구를 진행하였다. [방법] 이를 위해 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 2021년 2월 제주도에 소재하고 있고 선수들이 주로 훈련하고 있는 골프장 7군데 선수 310명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. [결과] 다음의 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 환경기대와 몰입의 관계에서 환경기대의 편의성, 골프코스, 서비스는 몰입에 유의한 영향을 미쳤지만, 부대 비용은 몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 환경기대와 만족의 관계에서는 환경기대의 모 든요인이 만족에 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 셋째, 몰입과 만족 또한 성과에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [결 론] 포스트코로나시대등 급변하는 골프장 환경의 발 빠른 대처를 위해 골프장들은 다양한 소비자들의 요구를 찾 아 유연하고 탄력적인 마케팅 전략이 필요한 시점이라 생각된다.
