This study was to develop competency diagnostic instrument based on subjective perception for undergraduate students. 500 college students participated in the survey and procedures was included such as literature research, expert council, preliminary survey, and statistical analysis of result to develop competency diagnostic instrument. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted based on the survey data collected to examine the reliability and validity of competency diagnostic instrument. As a result of exploratory factor analysis, three factors for each competency were composed, and a total of 70 questions were completed. As a result of confirmatory factor analysis, it was confirmed that the model fit was suitable. Construct validity were verified for the measurement model by comprehensively considering the factor load standardization coefficient, CR, AVE for each competency. The self-awareness-based competency diagnostic instrument consisted of the final 70 questions and was confirmed to be a scale with reliability and validity.

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 주관적 인식에 기반한 역량 진단도구를 개발하는 것이 다. 연구대상은 A대학교의 대학생 500명이다. A대학교 6대 역량인 소통, 배려, 학문, 융합, 창의, 도전 등의 역량 진단도구를 개발하기 위하여 문헌연구, 전문가협의회, 예비 조사와 본조사의 통계적 분석 등의 절차로 이루어졌고, 역량 진단도구의 신뢰도와 타 당도를 살펴보기 위해 수집된 설문조사 자료에 근거하여 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요 인분석이 이루어졌다. 탐색적 요인분석 결과, 각 역량별 세 가지 요인이 구성되었고 총 70문항이 완성되었다. 확인적 요인분석 결과, 모형 적합도가 적절하다는 것이 확인되 었고, 각 역량별 요인부하량 표준화계수, CR, AVE 등을 종합적으로 고려하여 측정모 형에 대해 구인타당도를 확인하였다. 대학생의 주관적 인식에 기반한 역량 진단도구는 최종 70문항으로 구성되었고 신뢰도와 타당도 있는 도구임을 확인하였다. 측정모형에 대한 반복적인 실험 연구와 구조모형에 대한 후속연구의 필요성을 제언하였다.
