The purpose of this study is to identify factors that influence pro-environmental behaviors of nursing students. Data were collected from May 11 to May 25, 2022 from 152 nursing college students. Collected data analysis were performed using SPSS Win 25.0 program. There was a significant difference in environmental perception(F=3.209, p=.043), environmental sensitivity(F=10.218, p<.001), and pro-environmental behaviors (F=6.668, p=.002) according to grades. There was a significant difference in sensitivity according to gender(t=2.378, p=.019). Perception showed a significant positive correlation with sensitivity(r=.62, p<.001) and pro-environmental behaviors(r=.27, p=.001). A significant positive correlation was also found between sensitivity and pro-environmental behaviors(r=.39, p<.001). The factors affecting pro-environmental behaviors were grades(t=3.259, p=.001) and sensitivity(t=3.635, p<.001), and the explanatory power of these variables was 20%. It is necessary to prepare a plan to induce pro-environmental behaviors by activating an environmental education program that can increase environmental perceptions and sensitivity for nursing students.

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 환경친화적 행동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위함이다. 간호대학생 152명을 대상으로 2022년 5월 11일부터 5월 25일까지 자료수집을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Win 25.0 program을 이용하여 분석하였다. 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 환경에 대한 인식(F=3.209, p=.043), 환경감수성(F=10.218, p<.001), 환경친화적 행동(F=6.668, p=.002) 모두 성적에 서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 환경감수성은 성별(t=2.378, p=.019)에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 대상자 의 환경에 대한 인식은 환경감수성(r=.62, p<.001), 환경친화적 행동(r=.27, p=.001)과 유의한 양의 상 관관계가 나타났고, 환경감수성과 환경친화적 행동(r=.39, p<.001)간에도 유의한 양의 상관관계가 나타났다. 환경친화적 행동에 영향을 미치는 요인은 성적(t=3.259, p=.001)과 환경감수성 (t=3.635, p<.001)으로 나타났고, 이들 변수의 설명력은 20%였다. 간호대학생을 대상으로 환경 인식과 감수성 을 높일 수 있는 환경교육 프로그램을 활성화하여 친환경적인 행동을 유도할 수 있는 방안을 마련하 는 것이 필요하다.
