This article introduces ｢豹却子行｣, one of the works of 大觀齋沈義(1475-?), who lived in the Joseon Dynasty, and tried to examine the various characteristics revealed in the works. Research on 沈義has been accumulated considerably in the field of fiction and prose, but it seems that research on individual poetry works of 沈義, or the overall poetry, has not yet been sufficiently conducted. However, considering that 沈義self-identified as a poet and put a lot of effort into the 古 詩, the study of 沈義’s poetry should be further progressed. ｢豹却子行｣ dealt with in this article has been dealt with three times in the previous study, but in the previous study, ｢豹却子行｣ was viewed as a criticism of 燕山君, or the expression method was treated very superficially. However, the way this poem describes sex is very unusual, and the sense of reality criticism is also not common. This style of expression is taken from the Ming Dynasty's pornographic novel named 『如意君傳』 which has not been revealed in studies up to this point. 『如意君傳』 is a pornographic novel in which about half of the book is focused on explicit depiction of sexual acts, and it is very rare to find narratives and expressions from such books. Also, it is not common to criticize the publicly revealing social taboo of pornography to satirize the state of affairs in the work. In this article, by analyzing ｢豹却子行｣, its expressive specificity and origin are revealed, and the position of ｢豹却子行｣ in the history of literature is examined.

이 글은 조선 시대 燕山君末~中宗代에 활동했던 大觀齋沈義(1475-?) 의 작품 중 하나인 ｢豹却子行｣을 소개하고, 작품에서 드러난 다양한 특징을 살피고자 하였다. 심의에 관한 연구는 소설 및 산문 분야에서 상당 히 축적되어 왔지만, 심의의 개별 詩작품, 혹은 詩世界전반에 관한 연 구는 아직 충분히 이루어지지 않은 것으로 보인다. 그러나 심의가 스스 로 시인이라고 자임한 점과, 고시에 상당히 힘을 쏟은 것을 보면 심의의 시에 대한 연구 또한 더욱 진척되어야 한다. 이 글에서 다루는 ｢표각자 행｣은 이전 연구에서 세 차례 다루어졌지만, 이전 연구에서는 ｢표각자행｣이 연산군을 비판한 것으로 보거나, 혹은 표현 방식을 아주 피상적으 로 다루었다. 그러나 이 시는 노골적인 성행위를 묘사하는 표현 양식이 나, 그 표현을 토대로 비판하는 현실 비판 의식이 심상하지 않다. 이러 한 표현 양식은 明代의 淫穢小說인 『如意君傳』에서 가져온 것인데 이는 이때까지의 연구에서는 드러나지 않았던 부분이다. 『如意君傳』은 책의 절반가량이 성행위의 노골적 묘사에 치중하고 있는 포르노그래피적 소 설인데, 이런 책에서 서사와 표현 방식을 가져온 것은 한시사에서 아주 드물다 할 수 있다. 또, 포르노그래피라는 사회적 금기를 작품 내에서 노골적으로 드러내 세태를 풍자한 것은 비판의 방식도 일반적이지 않다. 이 글에서는 ｢표각자행｣을 분석하여 그 표현적 특이성과 연원을 밝히고, ｢표각자행｣이 위치한 문학사적 위치를 살펴보았다.
