In this study, a cue card was used to verify the effectiveness of psychological skills training. Psychological skills training was conducted for eight weeks for seven university women’s soccer players, and a performance strategies test(TOPS) was used to find out the pre-post effectiveness. The measurements were made through baseline testing and pre-post test. In addition, an interview was conducted to explore the in-depth perceptions of the study participants. As a result, after applying the cue card psychological skill training, the performance strategies of the study participants were significantly different in all factors except relaxation. As a result of conducted an interview to supplement the quantitative data, the study participants responded that the cue card had a positive effect on concentration before a match, blocking negative thoughts, emotional regulation ability, and performance increase. Through this study, it was intended to verify the fieldability of the cue card, and the possibility of applying psychological technique in the soccer field was expanded.

본 연구는 과정단서카드를 활용하여 심리기술훈련의 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 여자축구선수 7명을 대상으로 8주동안 심리기술훈련이 진행되었으며, 사전/사후 효과를 알아보기 위하여 스포츠수행전략(TOPS) 검사지를 사용하였 다. 측정은 기초선 검사와 사전/사후검사를 진행하였다. 또한 인터뷰를 실시하여 연구 참여자들의 심층적인 인식을 탐색 하였다. 그 결과 과정단서카드 심리기술훈련을 적용한 후 연구 참여자들의 스포츠수행전략은 긴장풀기를 제외한 모든 요인에서 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 양적 자료를 보완하기 위해 인터뷰를 진행한 결과 연구참여자들은 과정단서카드가 시합 전 집중력, 부정적 생각 차단, 감정조절능력, 경기력에 긍정적인 영향이 나타났다고 응답하였다. 본 연구를 통해 과정 단서카드의 현장성을 검증하고자 하였으며, 축구 현장에서의 심리기술적용 가능성을 확장하였다.
