The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the perceived safety service of marine marina facility users, satisfaction with use, and intention to reuse. This study conducted an online survey on 319 adult visitors who have used marine marina facilities located in the Seoul, Metropolitan area and Mokpo within the last 3 years for about 3 months from April 1 to June 30, 2022. Frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0. The results of data processing are as follows. First, it was found that all factors of perceived safety service had a statistically significant effect on user satisfaction. Second, it was found that all factors of perceived safety service had a statistically significant effect on re-use intention. Third, the satisfaction of using the marine marina facility was found to have a statistically significant effect on the intention to reuse.

이 연구의 목적은 해양마리나시설 이용객의 지각된 안전서비스와 이용만족 및 재이용의도와의 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 이 연구는 2022년 4월 1일~6월 30일까지 약 3달 간 최근 3년 이내 서울·수도권 및 목포에 위치한 해양마리나시 설을 이용한 경험이 있는 성인 방문객 319명을 대상으로 온라인 조사(www.moaform.com)를 실시하였다. SPSS 25.0 과 AMOS 25.0을 활용하여 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관 분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 자료처리에 따른 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지각된 안전서비스의 모든 요인이 이용만족에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지각된 안전서비스의 모든 요인이 재이용의도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 해양마리나시설 이용객의 이용만족은 재이용의도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
