This study intends to present a marketing strategy to establish Let's Run Park Jeju as a sound theme park by utilizing big data analysis. The research method used the social big data program Textom and the network analysis program Ucinet6. Text mining, opinion mining, semantic network analysis, connection degree centrality, and TF-IDF were conducted. The data collection period was limited to a total of 8 years from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2021. Research results, first, word frequency, TF-IDF, connection centrality analysis results, Let's Run Park Jeju, Pony Water Park, Travel, Children, Rehabilitation Healing Equestrian Center, Festival, Horse Theme Park Golf Course, Experience, Aewol, Corona were extracted. Second, as a result of opinion mining analysis, it was found to be positive (86.88%) and negative (13.12%). Third, as a result of CONCOR analysis, a total of 4 groups were formed: theme park, accommodation, tourism and surrounding course A, and tourism and surrounding course B. It is expected that the results of this study will become the basic data for Let's Run Park Jeju to establish itself as a epresentative leisure and spectator sports in Korea and to be reborn as a healthy theme park.

본 연구는 빅데이터 분석을 활용하여 렛츠런파크 제주본장이 건전한 테마파크로 자리매김하기 위한 마케팅 전략 을 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법은 소셜 빅데이터 프로그램인 텍스톰(TEXTOM)과 네트워크 분석 프로그램 Ucinet6를 활용하여 텍스트마이닝, 오피니언 마이닝, TF-IDF, 의미연결망분석, 연결 정도 중심성을 실시하였으며, 데이터의 수집 기간은 2014년 1월 1일부터 2021년 12월 31일까지 총 8년으로 하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 단어 빈도, TF-IDF, 연결중심 성 분석 결과, 렛츠런파크 제주, 포니워터파크, 여행, 어린이, 재활힐링승마센터, 축제, 말테마파크골프장, 체험, 애월, 코로나가 10위권 이내로 추출되었다. 둘째, 오피니언 마이닝 분석 결과, 긍정(86.88%), 부정(13.12%)로 나타났다. 셋 째, CONCOR 분석 결과, 테마파크, 숙소, 관광 및 주변코스A, 관광 및 주변코스B 총 4개의 그룹이 형성되었다. 본 연구의 결과가 렛츠런파크 제주 본장이 국내 대표적인 여가 및 관람스포츠로 자리매김하고 건전한 테마파크로 거듭나기 위한 기초자료가 되기를 기대한다.
