The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the performance of the village creation project. To this end, a survey was conducted in 16 cities and counties in Gyeongsangnam-do. A total of 400 copies were distributed, and 202 copies, excluding 148 copies of unfaithful responses, were adopted as data out of the 350 copies collected. Looking at the results of regression analysis of factors and performance factors that influenced the performance of the village creation project, governance had a significant effect in common in economic performance, project execution activities, and improvement of quality of life. In the appropriateness of project goals and community growth, resident participation and governance had a significant effect. However, there was no significant impact on the leader's leadership. What can be seen from this study is that governance has a significant effect in common in all performance factors. In order to achieve positive results of the project, there must be governance. In order to establish governance, resident participation must be accompanied. It is necessary to find ways to increase residents' participation.

본 연구의 목적은 마을 만들기 사업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 경남 16개 시·군 지역을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 총 400부를 배부하였 고 회수한 350부 중에서 불성실한 응답지 148부를 제외한 202부를 자료로 채택하였다. 마 을 만들기 사업의 성과에 영향을 미친 요인과 성과요인의 회귀분석 결과를 살펴보면, 경제 적 성과와 사업 집행의 적극성, 삶의 질 향상에서는 공통적으로 거버넌스가 유의미한 영향 을 미쳤다. 사업 목표의 적절성, 공동체 성장에서는 주민참여와 거버넌스가 유의미한 영향 이 나타났다. 그러나 지도자의 리더십에서는 유의미한 영향이 나타나지 않았다. 이 연구를 통해 알 수 있는 것은 모든 성과요인에서 공통적으로 거버넌스가 유의미한 영향이 있다고 나타났다는 것이다. 사업의 긍정적인 성과를 달성하기 위해서는 거버넌스를 구축이 반드시 있어야 한다. 거버넌스를 구축하기 위해서는 주민참여가 수반되어야 한다. 주민의 참여를 높일 방안을 모색할 필요가 있다.
