The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects that physical, psychological, and social factors possess on the elderly’s suicidal impulse, and to verify individually differences in effects according to gender for victimized elderly For achieving the purpose, this study used secondary data from the ‘2020 Elderly Status Survey’ by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, and the subject of the study was limited to victimized elderly Additionally, this study suggested that the dependent variable is suicidal impulse, and the independent variables are physical, psychological, and social factors of the elderly such as health status, economic status, the conflict between family, depression, social · cultural · leisure activities, and relationship with local communities. As a result, depression has the biggest effects among the factors that affect the suicidal impulse of victimized elderly. And by the differences between gender, depression has biggest effects. However, with depression, it is suggested worse health status shows higher suicidal impulse for women. Following the result, in order to restrain suicidal impulses of victimized elderly and improve the quality of life, various programs to suppress depression are necessary. To this end, it is necessary that reinforce the welfare center of mental health, operate and support the customized elderly programs

이 연구는 범죄피해를 경험한 노인을 대상으로, 노인의 신체적, 심리적, 사회적 요인 들이자살충동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지분석하고, 이를 토대로 성별에 따라 영향력의 정도에 차이가 있는지를 살펴보기 위해 개별적으로 검증하였다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 보건복지부의 ‘2020년도 노인실태조사’의 2차 자료를 활용하였고, 연구의 대상은 범죄피해를 한번이라도 경험한 노인들로 한정하였 다. 또한 종속변수는 자살충동으로, 독립변수는 노인의 신체적, 심리적, 사회적 요인들 에 해당하는 변인들인 건강상태, 경제상태, 자녀와의 갈등, 우울, 사회·문화·여가활동, 그리고 지역사회와의 관계 등으로 설정하였다. 연구결과, 범죄피해를 경험한 노인의 자살충동에 미치는 영향요인은 다른 요인들에 비해 심리적 요인에 해당하는 우울이 가장 큰 영향을 미치고 있었고, 성별 간의 차이에 서는 남녀 모두 우울이 가장 큰 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 다만 여자는 우울과 함께 건 강상태가 좋지 못할수록 자살에 대한 충동이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이에 범죄피해를 경험한 노인의 자살충동을 억제하고, 삶의 질을 향상시키기 위해서는 우선적으로 노인의 우울을 감소할 수 있는 다양한 프로그램이 필요하다. 이를 위해 현재 운영되고 있는 정신건강복지센터를 내실화하고, 지역별로 설치되어 있는 보건소와 연계하여 노인 맞 춤형 프로그램을 운영 및 지원해야 된다.
